My name is Martyn Fisher and I have worked in the UK textile industry since 1983.

I have always been involved with garment linings, pocketing fabric or related garment components such as trouser waistbanding.

From 1997 to January 2008 I worked for Morada, a famous name in garment linings industry.

I was Managing Director of the linings division at Morada from 2002.

During this time I was responsible for setting up the supply network and established close relationships with key suppliers in Asia and Europe.

 I also opened the Morada sales office in Hong Kong and was in the process of establishing Morada Asia in Shanghai in 2005 when the situation at Morada UK took a turn for the worse.

I won’t bore you with the details but there were big changes and things were never quite the same!

Almost 15 years later, we have come through the pandemic, more or less, unscathed. In April of next year I will “celebrate” 40 years in the textile industry. Time is catching up with me, but I enjoy what I do and see no reason to stop, for the next few years at least
Our strength is supplying UK/European customers who manufacture their garments overseas. We are delivering our products to China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. We also deliver to fabric wholesalers and garment makers in the UK.
